At Red Rock Zone, we take pride in supplying high-quality 4x4 and camping gear through our brands, Bunk InDust and SanHima. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we back our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be honored.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Items returned without prior approval, outside the 30-day window, or used/damaged due to normal wear or misuse may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval before shipping the product back.

Include your order number and shipping name with your return.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items received in damaged condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), processing may take up to 10 business days. If approved, refunds can take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date to appear, depending on your financial institution.
All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollar (USD) based on the original payment method. Any charges related to foreign exchange or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to package our products safely. If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement at no cost.

Damaged packaging alone does not qualify as a damaged product.

Damage from normal wear, improper use, or misuse is not eligible for return or refund.

Discontinue use and contact us if discomfort or safety concerns arise. Refunds or replacements for product misuse are offered at our discretion.
